DELIVERY:

Where do you ship to?

At the moment we only ship Australia wide, however we are aiming to expand to international shipping soon!  

How long will it take for my order to arrive ?

Delivery time is dependent on the selected method. Standard delivery is between 5 and 14 business days. Express shipping takes between 2-3 days. 

Where is my order shipped from?

Zavala is based in Sydney, Australia. 

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees are dependant on the service you choose:

For standard delivery, the fee is $9.95

For express delivery, the fee is $14.95

How long will delivery take? 

All orders placed before 2pm AEST (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day via selected shipping method. During launch periods depending on the order volume received, please allow for an additional 1 business day for dispatch. 

Can I order express shipping?

Yes, we offer express shipping. This delivery method will take 2-3 business days from dispatch. 

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, tracking is available via the link provided in the order confirmation email.

Will I receive order confirmation?

You will receive an order confirmation shortly after you have confirmed your purchase to the email address you provided at the checkout. 

I ordered the wrong size? 

If you change your mind or need a different size, so long as your items meet the requirements you are entitled to an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt. All information for returns and exchanges are located on the Returns Page.

Can I return my order?
